Flutter Mobile Software Engineer – Hybrid (2 Days/Week Onsite)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Flutter Mobile Software Engineer to join our hybrid development team. You’ll focus on delivering new features, squashing bugs, writing tests, and helping enhance the mobile app's architecture. Working with Flutter, Bloc for state management, and GraphQL for data exchange, you’ll help ensure our app stays performant, reliable, and maintainable.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new features using Flutter and Dart
• Implement state management strategies with Bloc and adhere to clean architecture
• Integrate data via GraphQL APIs to power seamless app functionality
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app quality
• Maintain a healthy codebase with small, focused pull requests—no large-scale overhauls
• Debug and resolve issues to maintain performance across devices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, design, and backend teams
• Participate in planning, stand-ups, and code reviews in our hybrid setup

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of mobile development experience
• 2+ years creating apps with Flutter & Dart
• Deep understanding of Bloc state management and clean architectural patterns
• Experience working with GraphQL in production settings
• Solid grasp of mobile UI/UX, performance optimization, and memory management
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD workflows, and app store deployment
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment with 2 days/week in-office in Lehi, UT

Nice to Have

• Experience in native mobile (Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift for iOS)
• Familiarity with Firebase, analytics, or crash reporting platforms
• Prior work in field services, logistics, or enterprise apps
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or developer blogging
