Gray’s Tree Service is looking for a Tree Service Scheduler to join their team. With over 25 years of experience in the tree service industry, As a Scheduler you would be responsible for organizing and coordinating tree care services, ensuring efficient use of crews, equipment, and resources while meeting customer expectations. This includes scheduling appointments, communicating with customers and crews, and tracking job progress. Whether you need routine maintenance like tree pruning or more specialized services like hazardous tree removal and land clearing, we are here to meet all your tree care needs with professionalism, reliability, and a deep commitment to the community.
Responsibilities:
· Scheduling and Resourcing: The scheduler creates and manages service schedules for various tree care tasks, including trimming, removal, planting, and maintenance. This involves coordinating with field supervisors, crews, and potential customers.
· Communication: The scheduler acts as a liaison between the company and customers, explaining work plans, providing updates, and addressing any concerns. They also communicate with crews to ensure everyone has the necessary information and resources.
· Tracking and Reporting: The scheduler tracks job progress, monitors crew performance, and may generate reports to analyze business goals and trends. This data can be used to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Resource Management: The scheduler ensures the availability of necessary equipment, materials, and personnel for each job. They may also be involved in planning for future needs, such as equipment maintenance or additional hiring crew.
· Problem Solving: The scheduler may need to adjust schedules and resources in response to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or emergency situations.
