Job Description

Oaks Health Associates PC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to serve America's veterans and active-duty service members. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of those who have given so much for our country. The selected APP (Advanced Practice Provider) will perform disability and pension exams for veterans and active-duty members leaving service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct disability and pension exams for veterans and active-duty service members.
Collaborate with our team to ensure thorough and accurate assessments of each patient's condition.
Provide written evaluations of examination results and medical history.
Maintain excellent documentation practices in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Work independently in a patient-centric, supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality care.
New graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, or related fields is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to providing exceptional care for veterans.
